So let’s get started!


Here at PURE FIX, we understand that returns and exchanges, much like laughter and the mighty blue whale, are just a part of life.  Inasmuch, we offer a 7 day return policy on all of our bicycles.  Bicycles may be returned as long as the product has not been assembled, ridden, or used in any other creative manner and is received by Pure Fix in its original condition and packaging.  If the bicycle or packaging is received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered.  

With all returns, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.  In addition to including the receipt with your return, please send an email to support@purefixcycles.com to notify the Pure Fix Returns Team.  Make sure to include your name, PF order number (located on the receipt and subject of your original order confirmation email), phone number, items returned, and reason for return.  That way we can be sure to keep our eagley eyes out for whatever you’re sending our way.

You will be responsible for any shipping charges that may apply.  However, if you have received the wrong product, color, or size, we will happily pay the shipping fee to get you the product you deserve! 

Pure Fix Cycles, LLC Limited Warranty Policy

Pure Fix Cycles, LLC (also known as Pure City Cycles), herein referred to as "Pure Fix", is concerned about your safety and well-being. This is why we ask that you read and fully understand your owner's manual before riding your new bike.

Like a towering redwood nestled atop a snowy mountain peak, Pure Fix product standards are high. All Pure Fix forks and frames have a limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for LIFE. The limited warranty also ensures that the material and workmanship of the frames and forks are free from defaults upon delivery of the bicycle.

All other bicycle components have a limited warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for one year. Normal wear and tear and abuse cannot be covered under this limited warranty.

The limited warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase and professional assembly by an authorized dealer is required for the warranty to be valid.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Pure Fix shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitation on the duration of implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.

If a warranty issue is suspected please send an email to the Pure Fix Support Team support@purefixcycles.com. Make sure to include your name, PF order number (located on the receipt), phone number, photos of items to be covered under warranty, proof of professional assembly, and reason for warranty coverage.

When a warranty is approved, Pure Fix will determine if item(s) will be repaired or replaced. Some items may be requested to be returned to Pure Fix before replacement item(s) is sent or repaired. The return address is located below, on the original box, and on the invoice received with the order.

Any item returned without Pure Fix approval and original receipt for proof of purchase will not be considered for a warranty.
