REGISTER YOUR BIKE

Here at PURE FIX, we understand that returns and exchanges, much like laughter and the mighty blue whale, are just a part of life.  Inasmuch, we offer a 7 day return policy on all of our bicycles.  Bicycles may be returned as long as the product has not been assembled, ridden, or used in any other creative manner and is received by Pure Fix in its original condition and packaging.  If the bicycle or packaging is received damaged due to negligent re-packaging, no refund will be given and the product will not be re-delivered.  

With all returns, we require a receipt as proof of purchase.  In addition to including the receipt with your return, please send an email to support@purefixcycles.com to notify the Pure Fix Returns Team.  Make sure to include your name, PF order number (located on the receipt and subject of your original order confirmation email), phone number, items returned, and reason for return.  That way we can be sure to keep our eagley eyes out for whatever you’re sending our way.

You will be responsible for any shipping charges that may apply.  However, if you have received the wrong product, color, or size, we will happily pay the shipping fee to get you the product you deserve! 

Pure Fix Cycles Warranty Policy

Like a towering redwood nestled atop a snowy mountain peak, PURE FIX’s product standards are high.  All PURE FIX CYCLES forks and frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for LIFE.  The warranty also ensures that the material and workmanship of the frames and forks are free from defaults upon delivery of the bicycle.

The warranty does not cover other bicycle components or the box in which said bicycle was shipped.  Unfortunately, pedals, cranks, and other parts experience a lot of normal wear and tear and cannot be covered.  As for the boxes, they are made of cardboard and often quickly become rocket ships or napping spots for cats.

The warranty only applies to the original owner of the bicycle and proof of purchase and professional assembly is required for the warranty to be valid.

All warranty items must be sent to PURE FIX CYCLES.  The owner is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.  The return address is located on the original box (which may or may not have become a rocket ship and/or cat house) and on the invoice received with the order.

In addition, please send an email to support@purefixcycles.com to notify the Pure Fix Returns Team.  Make sure to include your name, PF order number (located on the receipt and subject of your original order confirmation email), phone number, items to be covered under warranty, and reason for warranty coverage. 

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Although Pure Fix prides itself on its looking-out-for-you-titude, sadly, there are a few things we are unable to cover under our warranty. 

Much like the mighty desert cannot shield itself from the pounding rays of the Saharan sun, Pure Fix cannot take responsibility for any damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, custom alterations, modifications, accidents, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.

In addition, the following items are NOT covered under the warranty: tires, tubes, grips, brake pads, and cables.  These parts will undergo considerable wear and tear, and are not covered.

Important Notice:

A mighty lumberjack once said, always make sure your axe is sharp.  The same is true for bicycles!

It is important to tighten all of the bicycle’s cranks, pedals, lock rings, and other screws and components before riding.  These components should be tightened regularly and checked after every bicycle ride.  Stripped components and threads are a result of loose bicycle parts and will NOT be covered by this warranty.  It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure that the bicycle is properly assembled and that components are tight before every ride.

PROOF OF PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED TO ACTIVATE WARRANTY COVERAGE.  WE HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT EVERY CUSTOMER VISIT THEIR LOCAL BICYCLE STORE FOR SAFETY CHECKS AND FINAL ASSEMBLY TO GUARANTEE THE SAFEST AND MOST ENJOYABLE RIDING EXPERIENCE.
